Social Services Center Pinos Puente-Moclín is intended for a population of over 17,000 inhabitants of the towns of Pinos Puente (Casanueva , Zujaira, Fuensanta Trasmulas) Valderrubio and Moclín (Tozar, Lemons, Puerto Lope has and Olivares), serving the public also schedules.
The Centre has a team composed of: 4 Social Workers, 2 educators, 2 psychologists, 1 Roma community mediator, 2 and 1 Administrative Assistant Center Director. There is also a Family Treatment team consists of: 1 social worker, an educator, a psychologist, shared with the Community Social Services Centre of Montes Orientales.
In this center annually serves about 3,700 users and manages over 6,000 applications to intervene in response to various social problems that they have the people, groups and communities.
The Centre will involve the achievement of an achievement gestated through the collaboration of the Andalusian and the Provincial de Granada, which resulted in the Cooperation Agreement signed in 2005 and expanded in 2007 with then-Mayor Pinos, the Socialist José Emilio Ruiz Rodríguez.
The opening ceremony will be attended by the Councilor for Equality and Social Welfare of the Junta de Andalucía, Micaela Navarro, President of the Diputación de Granada, Antonio Martínez Caler.
